Here at Bliss Knife Works, we make all types of knives and one that we continually receive requests for is the Brisket knife. While cooking brisket is an art form in itself, we wanted to make a knife that would only add to the experience. We decided to keep the similar design style to what you commonly see while adding a bit of Bliss flair in the process. The 12” firestorm blade makes a bold statement any time it comes out of the sheath and will handle any brisket with ease. We forge every blade as thin as possible to ensure a solid but lightweight feel. We also extended our normal 5” handle to 5-1/4” to accommodate and hand size.
